Return and Exchange Policy
Eligibility
- If you are not 100% satisfied (in case of a defect) with your online purchase, you can receive Online Store Credit for the same amount (excluding shipping costs) for future purchases.
- This credit is applicable within 14 days of receiving your order.
- You must send in your exchange request within 30 days of receiving your order. No requests will be entertained after this period.
- Email help@minnieminors.com to request an exchange, making sure to include your Order ID in the email.
- Once your request is approved, you will need to send the item back via courier. Necessary return details will be shared with you by email.
- Alternatively, you can visit any Minnie Minors physical store to purchase something for the same amount. You must bring your original receipt and settle any balance at the time of purchase.
- In most cases, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
- Shipping costs are only refunded if:
- The item was damaged when received by the customer.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- Minnie Minors holds a strict ‘No Refund’ policy except in cases of defective products.
- Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- If any item purchased at full price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the markdown price.
- Mini toes accessories cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Refunds or exchanges are currently not offered for international online orders.
- Items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be exchanged. Tags and labels must remain completely intact.
- Summer stock can only be exchanged for summer items, and winter stock can only be exchanged for winter items.
- Inter-brand exchanges are not allowed.
