Return and Exchange Policy

Eligibility

  • If you are not 100% satisfied (in case of a defect) with your online purchase, you can receive Online Store Credit for the same amount (excluding shipping costs) for future purchases.
  • This credit is applicable within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • You must send in your exchange request within 30 days of receiving your order. No requests will be entertained after this period.
  • Email help@minnieminors.com to request an exchange, making sure to include your Order ID in the email.
  • Once your request is approved, you will need to send the item back via courier. Necessary return details will be shared with you by email.
  • Alternatively, you can visit any Minnie Minors physical store to purchase something for the same amount. You must bring your original receipt and settle any balance at the time of purchase.
  • In most cases, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
  • Shipping costs are only refunded if:
    • The item was damaged when received by the customer.
    • The wrong item was delivered.
  • Minnie Minors holds a strict ‘No Refund’ policy except in cases of defective products.
  • Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • If any item purchased at full price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the markdown price.
  • Mini toes accessories cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Refunds or exchanges are currently not offered for international online orders.
  • Items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be exchanged. Tags and labels must remain completely intact.
  • Summer stock can only be exchanged for summer items, and winter stock can only be exchanged for winter items.
  • Inter-brand exchanges are not allowed.
