Exchange/Return Policy

All products purchased from can be exchanged within 10 days only if:

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.

You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by calling at 0311-1555259 in case you want to raise a dispute.

In case an item is found to be faulty or damaged, you will have to send the defective product back to within 15 days of purchase. Upon receipt, shall issue a replacement against the product mentioned in the Invoice.

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:

  • Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • Product is damaged because of use.
  • Product has been tampered.
  • Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing and freebies.

In the rare case that you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, you can get Online Store Credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs) for future purchases, within 15 days of receiving your order.

What is Online Store Credit?
It means you can return your purchase and utilize the same amount for a later purchase.


How does Return or Exchange process work? 
Simply email us at and request an exchange, and we will guide you through the process. Don’t forget to mention your Order ID in the email.


How do I send the item back?
Once your request has been approved, you will simply courier it back to us. Don’t worry; we will share the details with you when you email.


What about Shipping Costs?
We apologize but we cannot refund any shipping costs, except in the following cases

  • If the item was damaged when received by the customer
  • If the wrong item was delivered
  • If promotional free shipping is being offered

In all other cases, you will be responsible for bearing the cost of sending the item back to us.

Is there an alternate option?
Yes. You can simply go to any Minnie Minors store and purchase something else for the same amount. Please take your original receipt with you and settle the balance at the same time.


Does this apply to items I bought on sale as well?
Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.


What about Minitoes?
Minitoes Accessories cannot be exchanged or refunded


What about International Orders?
Yes, we cater to refunds and exchanges for international online orders. 


What if I just want to cancel an order?

  • Any items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be exchanged.
  • Tags and labels must be intact.
  • Summer stock will be exchanged only with summer items & winter items only with winter stock.
  • Inter-brand exchange is not allowed.
